At Achaté, we strive for top quality and customer satisfaction. Not happy with your purchase? You can easily return your product.
Return Conditions

Cooling-off period: You have 30 days after receipt to register your return

Usage: You may try the product as you would in a physical store; further use may result in depreciation

Condition of the product: Return products complete, in their original packaging, and in good condition; missing or damaged packaging may lead to depreciation

Exceptions: Sprays or liquid cleaners with broken seals (for hygiene reasons), damaged or visibly used products beyond normal testing
How to return a product

Register your return: via the Achaté Return Portal

Packaging & shipping: follow the instructions and return the product well-packaged

Refund: issued within 30 business days after approval
Note: If the product does not meet the return conditions, we may not accept the return.
