Complaint handling

Of course we find it unfortunate if you have a complaint about our products and/or services. We would like to help you further and offer a suitable solution. You can send your complaint by e-mail to:

Our complaints department staff will carefully review your complaint and will strive to find a solution that is satisfactory to everyone.

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If we need more time, we will inform you of this in a timely manner.

In addition, since 15 February 2016, it has also been possible for consumers in the EU to submit disputes via the European Commission's ODR platform. This platform can be found at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the ODR platform.
