Achaté orders are shipped with PostNL, DHL, or UPS, with tracking numbers sent by email once processed. Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt via our return portal:

Yes, we accept various payment methods, including iDeal, credit card and PayPal. This way you can choose the payment method that suits you best during checkout.
What are the shipping costs for my order?
For orders under €30,- we charge €4,95 in shipping costs. For orders above €30,- we do not charge shipping costs.
What is the delivery time of my order?
For the Netherlands and Belgium, orders placed before 22:00 will be delivered the next day. For other countries, delivery time depends on the shipping company. We will send you shipping updates via email with the latest information about your order. Orders placed during the weekend will be delivered on Monday.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We strive to deliver quality products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Send us photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
