Which floors can I use the Steam Mop on?

The Steam Mop works on almost all floors. We don’t recommend using it on glued floors, such as glue-down PVC. Still want to try it? Always test a small area first.

Is the Steam Mop only suitable for floors or also for other surfaces?

The Steam Mop is made for floors only.

How long can you steam with a full water tank?

With a 500 ml water tank, you can steam for a longer time without stopping. The exact duration depends on the setting you choose (wet or dry steam).

How long does it take for the Steam Mop to be ready for use?

It heats up and is ready to use in about 10 seconds.

Do I need cleaning products or does it work with water only?

It works with just water. For extra cleaning power, you can add our Floor Cleaner.
