Choose a QR code in the returns portal and get your label printed at a service point. Prefer to print it yourself? Just download the label instead.
Returns cost €3.95. If it’s a defect or warranty case, we’ll cover the return.
You have 30 days after delivery to send your item back. Just register your return in the portal and ship it within that time.
Did your order arrive damaged or not working properly? Email support@achate.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We’ll sort it out quickly.

No problem. Just make sure the product is packed securely in another box so it can be returned safely.
