We cannot accept returns that have not been registered in advance.
Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Achaté) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Packaging and shipping
After registering, you will receive further instructions. Please pack the goods carefully and follow the instructions in the returns portal.
It is not permitted to return products on your own without registering first.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Is your product defective, did it arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong item? Then of course we cover the return costs. In that case, please contact us first at support@achate.com and we will arrange the return for you.
Depending on the shipping country, additional customs duties, taxes or other costs may apply, which are also borne by the customer.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the purchase amount (including the standard shipping costs of the original delivery) will be refunded within 14 working days using the same means of payment used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
Conditions for returns
- Where possible, the goods must be in their original condition and original packaging.
- Sprays, cleaning products and loose parts, such as steam cloths, can only be returned if they are undamaged and unopened.
- In the event of a loss in value due to use beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods, we reserve the right to deduct this.
- Returns that do not meet the conditions may be rejected.
