How do I return a product?

  • Register your return: go to the Achaté Returns Portal and register your return

  • Pack & ship: follow the instructions and send the product back securely packed

  • Refund: the amount will be refunded within 14 working days after approval

  • Please note: if the product does not meet the return conditions, we cannot accept the return

  • Sprays, cleaning products and loose parts, such as steam cloths, can only be returned if they are undamaged and unopened.

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Is your product defective, did it arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong item? Then of course we cover the return costs. In that case, please contact us first at support@achate.com and we will arrange the return for you.
