My best purchase of the year! With two big dogs in the house, mopping was always a nightmare, but this device picks up all the hair and dirt effortlessly. Leaves no streaks and the self-cleaning function works great.

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find what you’re looking for? We’re here to help.

Handheld steam cleaner with a pointed nozzle being used to clean bathroom grout lines on white tiles, showing ergonomic handle and steam output.

Can you vacuum without mopping?

No. On the Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner V2, vacuuming and mopping always work together, so you vacuum and mop your floor in one go. That's also why it's not suitable for carpets or rugs.

Is the Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner V2 suitable for laminate, PVC, tiles and carpet?

It's suitable for sealed hard floors such as tiles, laminate, vinyl, PVC, marble, granite and sealed wooden floors. It's not suitable for carpets or rugs, because vacuuming and mopping always work together. We don't recommend it for floors with a special treatment. With glue-down PVC, do be careful with moisture.

Can it also pick up larger pieces and long hair?

It's made for everyday dirt such as crumbs, sand, dust, pet hair and spills. Larger pieces, such as dropped pasta or noodles, and long clumps of hair are best picked up by hand first. They can block the brush roll or the suction opening.

Does it leave the floor wet, or does it dry quickly?

It leaves a slightly damp floor, similar to regular mopping.

Does it work well on more stubborn dirt?

It works best for everyday dirt and spills. For more stubborn dirt, we recommend the Steam Cleaner.

Do I need to use cleaning products, or just water?

You can use it with just water. For better results, we recommend our Clean and Fresh Floor Cleaner.
