This is the best cleaning equipment I have invested in. It is amazing 🤩 cleans so well so simple to manoeuvre my floors are so clean 😍😍😍 love it. Would give it a 10 over 10 only small thing I did not like is that there in no cable hook to wrap the cord when storing it.

Super device
I was looking for a spot cleaner and came across this while searching the web so I took a chance and purchased it, it seemed to have plenty of positive reviews to help make me my decision. After receiving it, I clean my wife car interior and man! This little thing did a great job. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the hose could be longer and that the company doesn't have any extra attachments or spare parts.

Nice product
I bought the mashine with not much of expectacions,I thought it is so small, price is also to goid to be true. It arrived on the next day,I tried it immidiatelly on my sofa and it was unbelivable.All spots and dirt came out with it and the sofa looks like it is new.So we had to continue with the matrasse of or bed. Same result. We did our cars carpet too. Super good machine ,worth for the price. If you buy it ,you get addicted, you want to clean everything 🤣👌

How can I return my product ?

Do you accept different payment methods?
Yes, we accept various payment methods, including iDeal, credit card and PayPal. This way you can choose the payment method that suits you best during checkout.
What are the shipping cost for my order ?
For orders under €30,- we charge €4,95 in shipping costs. For orders over €30,- we charge no shipping costs.
What is the delivery time of my order ?
For the Netherlands and Belgium,orders placed before 10:00 PM will be delivered the next day. For other countries, delivery time depends on the shipping company. We will send you shipping updates via email with the latest information about your order. Orders placed during the weekend will be delivered on Monday.
What If my order arrives damaged or deflective ?
We strive to provide quality products, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. Send us photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing It ?
We understand that you may want to make changes to your order or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible via support@achate.nlwith your change request or cancellation request. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already shipped may not be able to be changed or cancelled.
