Return

We've simplified our returns process to make things easier for you. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.
2. Return the product within 30 days of cancellation.
3. To start a return, click the following link: Achaté Return Portal. Here you can easily register your return and follow the shipping instructions.
4. Please note: sprays, cleaning products and loose parts, such as steam cloths, can only be returned if they are undamaged and unopened.
5. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Is your product defective, did it arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong item? Then of course we cover the return costs. In that case, please contact us first at support@achate.com and we will arrange the return for you.
6. If your order isn't recognised in our return portal or you've exceeded the return period, please contact us at support@achate.com for further help.
