Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code. This allows you to track the status of your order and see the expected delivery date.

Yes, we accept various payment methods, including iDeal, credit card and PayPal. This way you can choose the payment method that suits you best during checkout.

For orders under €30,- we charge €4,95 in shipping costs. For orders over €30,- we charge no shipping costs.

For the Netherlands and Belgium, the delivery time is 1–2 business days. For other countries, the delivery time depends on the shipping carrier. We will send you email updates with the latest information about your order. Orders placed during the weekend will be delivered on Monday.

We strive to provide quality products, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. Send us photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
