It started at Atif’s home
Atif grew up in a family of six. Every day he saw his mother busy with the housework: vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing. And the next day she had to start all over again. There was hardly any time left for herself.

Is Achaté a Dutch brand?
Yes. Achaté is a Dutch brand with a team in Breda. We ship your order from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Can I try an appliance at home first?
Of course. You have 30 days to return it, and you may try the product just as you would in a shop. Not happy with it? Then register your return easily through our returns portal. Read everything in our shipping and returns policy.
What if my appliance stops working properly?
All our appliances come with a 2-year warranty. Email us at support@achate.com and we’ll find a solution together. Many parts, such as filters, pads and attachments, can also be ordered separately.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Usually within 1–2 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium, and within 1–3 working days in Germany, Austria, France and Spain. You’ll receive your tracking number by email within 24 hours of processing.
Which appliance suits me best?
