Return Policy

1. Cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
2. Return the product within 14 days of cancellation.
3. To initiate a return, click on the following link: Achaté Return Portal. Here you can easily submit your return and follow the shipping instructions.
4. Please note: sprays cannot be returned.
5. If your order is not recognized in our return portal or if you have exceeded the return period, please contact us at support@achate.nl for further assistance.
