Frequently asked questions

Can’t find what you’re looking for? We’re here to help.

Handheld steam cleaner with a pointed nozzle being used to clean bathroom grout lines on white tiles, showing ergonomic handle and steam output.

Which floors can I use the Steam Cleaner on?

The Steam Cleaner works on almost all floors. We don’t recommend using it on glued floors, such as glue-down PVC. Still want to try it? Always test a small area first.

How long can you steam with a full water tank?

The 800 ml water tank gives you plenty of cleaning time without refilling. How long exactly depends on the tool you use and how you use it.

What can you clean with it?

Almost anything. You can use it for floors, smaller surfaces, windows and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. It also works well for freshening up fabrics. Want to clean fabrics really thoroughly? Then we recommend the Spot Cleaner PRO. Please note: not suitable for leather. And for glued floors, such as glue-down vinyl, it's best to test on a small area first.

How long does it take for the Steam Cleaner PRO V2 to be ready for use?

It’s ready in about 3 minutes.

Is it suitable for stubborn dirt in the kitchen and bathroom?

Yes. For best results, treat stubborn dirt first so it comes off more easily.

Can I clean without chemicals?

Yes. Steam kills 99.9% of bacteria and makes removing dirt a lot easier.
